Brewery Museum
"Only beer can make of thirst a pleasure".
The Vanwindekens grew up in a family who had been brewers since the 17th century and graduated at the Higher Institute of Fermentation of Ghent. Built in 1857, in Warneton, the "La Poste" brewery was destroyed during the First World War. When rebuilt and extended at the same place, the works revealed that the brewery was installed on the one run by the monks of the former abbey of Warneton having disappeared today. The whole equipment is still present. Only group visits are currently possible.
